Plants connect you to the cosmic whole, to a sense of belonging to the earth and the lineages you carry. This develops a rooted confidence, a deep knowing of what is yours to do and the support that is available, to weather the rocky road of the soul path.
Birthing your mission requires fluency in business but there is a lot of business and spiritual consumerism out there that can waste time and confuse. At the Plant school of Becoming we focus on aligned action that moves the needle on, (rarely taking a linear path), intuited through deep listening and trust in your wealth of expertise and inner authority.
This is not ‘regenerative business’ as a theory, this is an experiential relationship with the living breathing natural world to address the real tensions and lived experience of forging a soul aligned business.
At the plant school, business is a natural evolution of rooting into your wealth. We don’t start with business we start with you.

Your wealth is the gifts that you were born with, the dedication to your craft, your spiritual devotion, the lived experiences, your successes and failures, the life that made you the unique person you are to fulfil your purpose. This is your wealth but it comes so natural to you, you don’t always value it.
You may be doing work that doesn’t fulfil you, working too hard or giving away your gifts despite financial and energetic debt. But this inner wealth, is not just yours it has been passed down to you, it is a life force that runs through your blood and bones. We believe that financial creativity is a spiritual right. A right to live a creative life. Creativity requires resourcing. Business is a spiritual practice. Learning to receive and steward money in-order to build a vision takes dedication, courage and development of skills.
