This is financial creativity as a spiritual path, rooted in liberation, plants, and presence.
This is the scaffolding that ensures the vision isn’t just mystical but sustainable.
Pathway 3: Community of Becoming
This is not a coaching container but a living mycelial network where creative, spiritual, and plant-connected practitioners sharpen together.

The Heart of Receiving/The Eye of Seeing
In this meditation I take you on a journey with Scullcap. A plant to take you out of your head and into your body.
Here you can see a film has formed on the top of the tea creating a pattern like the veins in an eye.
Although it is considered a simple relaxant or nervine (a plant that works on the nervous system) Scullcap has powerful seership qualities, dropping you outside of the mind and the conditioned self, where you can see things more clearly.
Scullcap connects to your living pulse, relaxing and releasing to make space for something else to enter.
But this is your journey. Try not to bring your preconceptions with you.

About Me
Plants have accompanied me through all key transitions in my life. I noticed the more I was in relationship with them the more aligned my life became. When I was struggling to leave behind a hedonistic lifestyle in my 20’s I started taking herbs for chronic constipation and before long I found myself meditating with a Sufi group that has been my spiritual home since 2002.
After practicing medical herbalism for 10 years the plants guided me to develop a unique way of working with them, to help creatives and healers access their power and vocational mastery and understand the value of it for the world.
As a medical herbalist I noticed social oppression around money and power. The unconscious archetypes of the starving artist and wounded healer were very alive. Plants pointed me to how vital money is to our creative freedom and the power of our craft. The archetype of the wealthy herbalist started to emerge through my connection with the plants. Their allieship, created new pathways, new stories and transformational results for me and my clients. I studied with female, wealth coaches who had themselves crossed thresholds showing me what is possible when we expand our faith and trust the intelligence beyond our conditioned selves. This led to birthing my most impactful work with the plants. My work now sits at the intersection of mysticism, healing and creative and business practice.
My passion to help others live their creative potential fully, expressed itself in my first career as a youth arts director, in marginalised neighbourhoods. But it didn’t begin with me. It began with my grandfathers work in the slums of South London, born out of poverty and war, and his belief in every persons spiritual right to live a creative life. Our soul work is a continuation of our ancestral and spiritual lineages. The plants root into our deepest support networks, spiritual, human and ‘more than human’ and lifts us out of limiting paradigms to the path we have been uniquely designed to walk.
As an artist and performer of dance improvisation for a decade, the art and discipline of improvisation, somatics, and deep listening, runs central to all that I do. A practice that deepened through Sufi meditation. Plant work is the art of paying attention so you can come into deep alignment with yourself, breaking hierarchies, imitation and enabling you to be who you are and do what you are uniquely put here to do.
The plants continue to keep me awe struck and grateful. They are forever evolving me. I understand them as individual expressions of Divine mercies that help us to grow and flourish, overcoming the limits of our selves to thrive in the vision the Divine Essence has for us.
